Merge duplicate clients created through LINE
Check identity and merge direction before combining duplicate clients, then verify records, appointments and LINE links.
One person may have a profile you created by hand and another that came from LINE. Make sure both belong to the same person before merging.
This guide follows the Traditional Chinese interface labels, with English explanations.
Check before merging
A merge cannot be undone: the merged-in client is deleted. Merge when the names, contact details, LINE identity and related records all match up; two people can share a name, so keep both profiles while you are unsure.
An unlinked LINE visitor is different from two duplicate client profiles. If only one client profile exists, simply link the LINE visitor to it.
1. Find the other client
Open one profile in 「個案」 (Clients). Open 「個案選項」 (Client options) → 「合併重複個案」 (Merge duplicate client).

Use 「搜尋個案」 (Search clients) to find and select the other profile for the same person.

2. Check the direction and impact
The confirmation identifies the profile to keep and the one to merge in, with counts for related records and appointments.

Check which profile will remain. Use the double-arrow control between the profiles, 「互換保留方」 (Swap which is kept) if the direction is wrong, then inspect both sides again. Check the record and appointment counts to help catch a wrong selection. Read the warning that this cannot be undone. When you are sure the merged-in profile should go, select 「合併」 (Merge); if anything is unclear, cancel for now.
3. Check after merging
Open the retained profile and inspect its session records, reviews, appointments, payments and visit information, then check the identity associated with the LINE conversation.
If anything looks wrong, hold off on other merges, note what you saw and email support so we can sort it out together.
Continue with Record a session or Review a session once the profiles are organised.
