訂閱與取消政策
微象 SomaTrace 提供月費與年費兩種訂閱方式，以下說明訂閱開通、取消與付款異常處理方式。
- 記錄版：月費 NT$ 399 / 月，年費 NT$ 3,990 / 年（相當於月費 ×10）。
- 營運版：月費 NT$ 549 / 月，年費 NT$ 5,490 / 年（相當於月費 ×10），包含公開排程頁等營運功能。
- 完成付款後即可開通對應方案權限，並可立即使用相關功能。
- 使用者可於下次扣款日前，在帳戶設定中取消後續訂閱（含年費續訂）。
- 取消後，已支付之當期費用不按比例退還，付費功能可繼續使用至當期結束。
- 若因系統異常產生重複扣款，請於 7 日內聯繫客服信箱，我們將協助確認與退款處理。
- 若付款失敗，系統可能暫停付費權限，待付款重新完成後恢復；期間個案資料仍會保留。
付款與開通方式
微象 SomaTrace 為網站會員制服務，以下為完成付款後的使用流程。
- 於 https://app.somatrace.app 註冊帳號並登入，登入後即可使用免費方案。
- 選擇升級記錄版或營運版後，將導向第三方金流頁完成付款。
- 付款完成後，系統會自動開通對應方案權限，使用者可立即於同一帳號繼續使用。
- 所有功能皆透過網站登入使用；登入入口為 https://app.somatrace.app。
- 若付款完成後權限未正常開通，請來信客服信箱，我們會協助確認與處理。

Subscription & cancellation policy
SomaTrace offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The points below explain activation, cancellation, and how billing issues are handled.
- Records plan: NT$ 399 / month monthly or NT$ 3,990 / year annual (10 × monthly).
- Operations plan: NT$ 549 / month monthly or NT$ 5,490 / year annual (10 × monthly). Includes the public schedule page.
- Once payment is completed, plan access is activated and available immediately.
- You can cancel future renewals (monthly or annual) from account settings before the next billing date.
- After cancellation, the current period is non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. Paid features remain available until the period ends.
- If a duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, contact support within 7 days and we will help review and refund.
- If a payment fails, paid access may be suspended until the next successful payment. Client data is retained during this period.
Payment & activation
SomaTrace is a website-based membership service. After completing payment, the flow is as follows.
- Sign up and log in at https://app.somatrace.app to start using the free plan.
- Choose to upgrade to Records or Operations. You will be redirected to a third-party payment provider to complete checkout.
- After payment is confirmed, plan access is activated automatically on the same account.
- All features are accessed by logging in to the website at https://app.somatrace.app.
- If access is not activated after payment, please email support — we will help review and resolve.

這是給誰用的？
給需要記錄身體觀察、動態測試、復盤這次做了什麼，並整理個案脈絡的工作者，例如個人按摩工作室、運動按摩師、徒手工作者、教練與身體導向工作的專業者。
微象和 Notion、Excel、一般 CRM 或預約系統有什麼不同？
Notion 與 Excel 能寫，但身體圖、區域觀察、動態測試這些圖像化的東西放不進去；一般 CRM 是給銷售與訂單管理用的；預約系統解的是排程，不解紀錄。微象專門設計給「需要記下身體狀態與工作脈絡」的工作者，每一張表都是為了這件事而存在。
微象會幫我做診斷嗎？
不會。微象是觀察與紀錄工具，提示系統的存在是協助你重新看見可能的連動方向，不替代專業判斷。所有內容都不是醫療診斷或療效宣稱。
免費方案能做到什麼？
免費方案可建立 5 位個案，每位個案最多 4 次完整紀錄。功能內容與記錄版相同：身體圖、動態觀察、提示、復盤、歷史軌跡、報告匯出與雲端同步都可以使用。
記錄版與營運版差在哪裡？
兩者都解除免費方案的紀錄數量限制，紀錄相關功能一模一樣。營運版多了「公開排程頁」 — 把工作室的可預約時段做成一個公開連結，客人自己看，不需要反覆訊息確認。如果你是個人工作室、需要對外公開可預約時段，營運版（NT$ 549 / 月）比較合適；如果暫時不需要這個功能，記錄版（NT$ 399 / 月）就夠用。
月費與年費要選哪一個？
年費都是月費 ×10，等於送兩個月。如果還在試用、想保留彈性，從月費開始；如果已經穩定使用，年費比較划算。兩者都可以隨時取消，取消後使用至當期結束，不再續扣。
可以跨手機、平板與電腦使用嗎？
可以。微象 SomaTrace 透過網站登入使用，登入後個案紀錄會自動雲端同步，可在手機、平板與電腦間延續同一份工作。網路不穩時可先離線記錄，之後自動同步。
個案紀錄的資料屬於誰？
使用者於服務中建立的個案紀錄屬於使用者本人。我們不會將個案資料對外販售或提供給與本服務無關之第三方。使用者可隨時匯出資料，或來信申請刪除。
可以匯出評估報告嗎？
可以。每一次評估紀錄都能整理成可留存、可分享的文字報告，方便對個案說明、留存紀錄或交接給其他工作者。
FAQ
Who is SomaTrace for?
For practitioners who need to record body observations, dynamic assessments, and what was done in each session — including solo massage studios, sports massage therapists, manual practitioners, coaches, and somatic professionals.
How is it different from Notion, Excel, a CRM, or a booking system?
Notion and Excel are great for free-form text, but body maps and structured dynamic tests do not fit there. A CRM is built for sales and order management. A booking system handles scheduling, not records. SomaTrace is built specifically for practitioners who need to capture body observations and session context — every screen is designed around that.
Does SomaTrace diagnose for me?
No. SomaTrace is an observation and recording tool. The hint system exists to help you notice possible chains; it does not replace your professional judgment. Nothing in the product makes a diagnostic or therapeutic claim.
What can the free plan do?
Up to 5 clients with a maximum of 4 full records each. The core features are the same as the Records plan: body maps, dynamic assessments, hints, debrief, history, report export, and cloud sync.
What is the difference between Records and Operations?
Both lift the free-plan record limits and share the same recording features. Operations adds the public schedule page — bookable slots as a public link that clients can read themselves, reducing back-and-forth scheduling messages. If you run a studio that needs public availability, Operations (NT$ 549 / month) is a fit. If you do not need that feature, Records (NT$ 399 / month) is enough.
Should I pick monthly or annual?
Annual is monthly × 10 — about two months free. If you are still trying things out, start monthly. If you have a steady practice, annual is the better deal. Either can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the current period ends.
Can I use it across phone, tablet, and desktop?
Yes. SomaTrace is accessed through the website. After signing in, your records sync to the cloud automatically across devices. Notes can be captured offline first when the network is unstable, and sync once you reconnect.
Who owns the case records I create?
The records you create belong to you. We do not sell client data or share it with unrelated third parties. You can export your data at any time, or email support to request deletion.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Each session can be turned into a text report you can keep or share — useful for explaining to a client, archiving the session, or handing off to another practitioner.
