Set up your public booking page
Set your SomaTrace studio profile, availability, payment and confirmation rules. Preview and save the page before sharing it.
Put your studio information, services and availability at one shareable URL. Configure the page and booking rules, then inspect what clients actually see.
This guide follows the Traditional Chinese interface labels, with English explanations.
1. Open the settings
Open Settings → Public booking page, or Schedule → Business → Public booking page. Both routes remain available.

The top of the page contains the public switch, URL and Save control. Review your setup before sharing.
If a service has no times on the day a client picks, its row shows 「這天沒有時段 · 最近可約 M/D」 (No times this day · Next open M/D); tapping it jumps to that day. A service with nothing open in the coming period shows only 「這天沒有時段」 (No times this day). When the whole page has no open times, it shows 「目前沒有可預約的時間」 (No open times right now), and clients can still message you through the contact details on the page.

Indented below 「對外公開」 is 「出現在 Google 等搜尋引擎」 (show up on Google and other search engines), off by default. While it is off, Google and other search engines do not list your studio, service or personal pages; only people with the link can see them. Turn it on to let those pages be found. Like the public switch, it takes effect as soon as you tap it, without Save. After you turn it off, pages that were already listed take a while to disappear from search results.
Next is 「列在預約網站首頁」 (list on the booking site’s home page), off by default. Turn it on and clients can find your studio by area on the booking site’s home page. Path: 「設定」 (Settings) → 「公開預約頁」 (Public booking page) → the 「列在預約網站首頁」 switch at the top of the page. The home page lists studios by how and where they work, so the first time you turn it on without that filled in, a panel slides up asking for 「服務方式」 (how you see clients: in studio, home visits, online; pick any). In studio needs your studio’s district; home visits need at least one area. Tap 「完成並加入」 (Done and join) once everything is filled in to join; 「取消」 (Cancel) leaves it off. Once you’ve joined, a 「服務方式與地區」 (Where you work) row appears under the switch; tap it to make changes. Turning it off also takes effect right away, and what you entered is kept for next time. Your page has to be public before you can join; if you later make it private, your studio stops appearing on the home page until it is public again. If the platform pauses your page on the home page, the switch shows as off and can’t be changed, and what you entered is kept; if you have questions, contact support from 「設定」 (Settings) → 「支援」 (Support) → 「問題與回饋」 (Issues & feedback).
2. Set the URL and studio information
Under 「公開頁網址」 (Public URL), choose a memorable handle and use 「套用代號」 (Apply handle).

Open 「工作室資訊」 (Studio info) to prepare the 「工作室頭像」 (Studio avatar), 「工作室名稱」 (Studio name), 「工作室介紹」 (Studio introduction), announcement, address and 「預約注意事項」 (Booking notes). This section describes the studio itself and appears at the top of the public page.
If you want to reveal the address only after a booking is confirmed, check the address-visibility setting and its explanation.

Under 「聯絡方式」 (Contact), add the LINE, Instagram, phone or website details you want to publish.

Personal page (optional)
Clients can also get to know you personally. Open 「個人頁」 (Personal page) and fill in 「個人名字」 (Your name), 「個人照片」 (Your photo) and 「個人介紹」 (About you). This section is separate from 「工作室資訊」: the studio page uses the studio name, avatar and introduction, while the personal page uses your own name, photo and introduction. Neither is used in place of the other.
The personal page link appears on the public page only once you fill in at least one of the three. If all are blank, there is no personal page and no empty page.
Before changing the URL, images or public status, think about what clients will see. After adjusting the general page settings, select Save at the top and check the preview.
3. Set availability
Booking cutoff
Choose 「幾天後」 (Rolling days) or 「指定日期」 (Specific date). Rolling options include 7, 14, 30 and 60 days, with a custom range of 1–60 days. Choose a specific date for a fixed end date.

Weekly availability
Add one or more time blocks for each day of the week. Blocks may be left empty. Clients need at least one available time to book online.

Availability overrides
Mark an individual date closed or give it different hours. Select that date in the preview to check the result.

4. Check services and booking rules
In Settings → 「服務與定價」 (Services & pricing), check durations, prices, options and add-ons, and which services are publicly visible. Service duration affects the times clients can select.
Photos and introduction for each service
Every service has its own public page, so clients can understand it before booking. In Settings → 「服務與定價」, open a service. The edit screen runs top to bottom in the order of the public page: 「服務項目名稱」 (Service item name), 「照片」 (Photos), the duration and price options, 「介紹」 (Introduction), 「適合誰」, 「流程」, 「準備事項」, then add-ons and other settings. Photos and text are optional, and anything left blank does not appear:
「照片」 (Photos): up to 6. The first one becomes the thumbnail in the service list; use the arrows to reorder. Photos are shown at 4:3, and the list thumbnail uses the centre. 「適合誰」 (Who it’s for), 「流程」 (What happens) and 「準備事項」 (How to prepare): three text fields. Each is hidden when blank.
In the 「服務與定價」 list, each service has 「複製連結」 (Copy link) and 「預覽」 (Preview) below it. Copy link gives that service’s own URL to paste into LINE or Instagram. Preview opens the live service page. It shows saved content only, so save first, then select Preview. Both buttons appear only after the service has been saved and a public URL is set.
Existing services need no extra data. A service without photos or text stays fully bookable.
Guest practitioners: introduction at this studio
If you are a guest practitioner, open Schedule → 「經營」 (Business) → 「我加入的工作室」 (Studios I’ve joined), select the studio, and expand 「在這間店的介紹」 (My introduction at this studio) under 「我在這間店」 (Me at this studio). Fill in 「在這間店的頭像」 and 「在這間店的介紹」. These are used only at this studio and are separate from your own studio’s settings. Your personal page link appears on that studio’s page once you fill in at least one. Your services are edited under 「我的服務」 (My services) on the same screen, with the same photo and introduction fields.
Booking rules
Return to 「預約規則」 (Booking rules) and review:
「預約間隔」: booking gap 「最早可預約」: lead time 「開始時間間隔」: start-time interval, 15, 30 or 60 minutes 「每日接客上限」: daily booking limit 「同時段容納數」: concurrent capacity

Set the service duration first, then check these booking limits.
5. Decide how bookings are confirmed
Under 「預約確認與聯絡」 (Confirmation & contact), review 「自動成立預約」 (Auto-confirm bookings). When enabled, bookings can be confirmed under your settings and notified through LINE or email. When disabled, a booking request is created for you to confirm. When a charge is set, bookings start as pending even with automatic confirmation on, and are confirmed only after payment is received and confirmed.

Review payment requirements alongside this setting. A received request, a reported transfer and a confirmed booking are three separate states, so check each one.
6. Configure payment
Under 「收費」 (Charging) choose no charge, deposit or full payment (Studio plan). The payment method currently available is 「轉帳 / ATM」 (Bank transfer / ATM): the client transfers to the bank account you enter and reports the last five digits for you to match.

Deposits
Choose 「一律收」 (Always) or 「首次預約收」 (First booking). Choose 「固定金額」 (Fixed) or 「價格百分比」 (Percent of price), and enter the value. Choose an available payment method. For 「轉帳 / ATM」 (Bank transfer / ATM), enter the bank, bank code, account number, account holder and any notes.

Check the amount and transfer instructions shown on the public page.
If a client reports transfer digits, verify the actual funds before confirming the booking or recording receipt. The digits are a reference, not proof of payment.
Full payment
Select full payment when the complete fee is required at booking time. Check the payment information and the instructions clients see for this mode, and make sure the wording asks for the full amount.
Cancellation and refund rules
Use 「新增退款級距」 (Add refund tier) to define the cancellation rules. Cutoffs are expressed as 23:59 a specified number of days before the booking date. Check the date boundary carefully. With no refund tiers, the interface states that cancellation is non-refundable.

Make sure the published explanation matches your service rules. The refund rules are what clients read; whether a particular payment was refunded is shown on that payment.
7. Save, preview and share
Choose 「配色」 (Theme) and 「視覺氛圍」 (Atmosphere), then save the settings.

Preview the name, avatar, services, times, address visibility, booking notes and payment rules. Preview opens the live page, so save first to see your latest changes. Check the public status, then use Copy URL or Share.

8. Check the client flow
Clients see the public page at three kinds of URL. Share whichever fits:
Studio page schedule.somatrace.app/<your handle>: the studio header (avatar, name, introduction), contact methods and announcement, then 「可預約服務」 (Book a service). A date button, set to the nearest available day by default, opens a calendar for other dates. Each service is a row with a thumbnail, name, duration and price, plus the nearest times that day. 「成員」 (Team) is at the bottom. Service page schedule.somatrace.app/<your handle>/s/<service code>: photos, service name, duration and price options, payment and cancellation summary, the nearest available day, a week strip and times, then 「適合誰」, 「流程」 and 「準備事項」. Renaming a service does not break this URL. Personal page schedule.somatrace.app/<your handle>/p/<person code>: photo, name, introduction and that practitioner’s services. Only people who filled in personal details have one.
For no-payment mode with booking requests:
Open the studio page and tap a time, or tap a service row to open its page. On the service page, check the service and duration, choose a date and time, then select 「下一步」 (Next). The booking form asks only for contact details: name, email and phone, with an optional note. The service, date and time are listed at the top of the form. Check the details before selecting 「送出預約請求」 (Send booking request). After an actual submission, check its status and notifications in SomaTrace.
A booking is created only when you submit the form. Use test details and a contact method you control. If payment is enabled, check that payment branch separately.
Missing an expected time?
Check the cutoff, weekly hours, date overrides, service duration, booking gap, lead-time limit, start-time interval, daily limit, concurrent capacity and existing appointments. If Google Calendar is connected, also check busy sources and update status.
