訂閱與取消政策
微象 SomaTrace 提供月費與年費兩種訂閱方式，以下說明訂閱開通、取消與付款異常處理方式。
- Studio 月費訂閱：首月優惠 NT$ 249，往後 NT$ 399 / 月，依網站公告價格計算費用。
- Studio 年費訂閱：NT$ 3990 / 年，相當於月費 ×10，於每年首日一次扣款。
- 完成付款後即可開通 Studio 權限，並可立即使用相關功能。
- 使用者可於下次扣款日前，在帳戶設定中取消後續訂閱（含年費續訂）。
- 取消後，已支付之當期費用不按比例退還，Studio 功能可繼續使用至當期結束。
- 若因系統異常產生重複扣款，請於 7 日內聯繫客服信箱，我們將協助確認與退款處理。
- 若付款失敗，系統可能暫停 Studio 權限，待付款重新完成後恢復；期間個案資料仍會保留。
付款與開通方式
微象 SomaTrace 為網站會員制服務，以下為完成付款後的使用流程。
- 於 https://app.somatrace.app 註冊帳號並登入，登入後即可使用 Free 功能。
- 選擇升級 Studio 後，將導向第三方金流頁完成付款。
- 付款完成後，系統會自動開通 Studio 權限，使用者可立即於同一帳號繼續使用。
- 所有功能皆透過網站登入使用；登入入口為 https://app.somatrace.app。
- 若付款完成後權限未正常開通，請來信客服信箱，我們會協助確認與處理。
Subscription & Activation
Subscription & Cancellation Policy
SomaTrace Studio is offered as either a monthly or an annual subscription. The points below explain activation, cancellation, and how we handle billing issues.
- Studio Monthly: NT$ 249 first month, then NT$ 399 / 月, billed at the price published on this page.
- Studio Annual: NT$ 3990 / 年, billed once per year — equivalent to 10 months of monthly pricing.
- Once payment is completed, Studio access is activated and available immediately.
- You can cancel future renewals (monthly or annual) from account settings before the next billing date.
- After cancellation, the current period is non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. Studio features remain available until the period ends.
- If a duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, contact support within 7 days and we will help review and refund.
- If a payment fails, Studio access may be suspended until the next successful payment. Client data is retained during this period.
Payment & Activation
SomaTrace is a website-based membership service. After completing payment, the flow is as follows.
- Sign up and log in at https://app.somatrace.app to start using the free plan.
- Choose to upgrade to Studio. You will be redirected to a third-party payment provider to complete checkout.
- After payment is confirmed, Studio access is activated automatically on the same account.
- All features are accessed by logging in to the website at https://app.somatrace.app.
- If access is not activated after payment, please email support — we will help review and resolve.

個案紀錄的資料屬於誰？
使用者於服務中建立的個案紀錄屬於使用者本人。我們不會將個案資料對外販售或提供給與本服務無關之第三方。使用者可隨時匯出資料，或來信申請刪除。
可以匯出評估報告嗎？
可以。每一次評估紀錄都能整理成可留存、可分享的文字報告，方便對個案說明、留存紀錄或交接給其他工作者。

Who is SomaTrace for?
SomaTrace is for practitioners who need to record body assessments, compare change over time, and organize client context, including sports massage therapists, bodyworkers, manual practitioners, coaches, and somatic professionals.
What can the free plan do?
Up to 5 clients with a maximum of 4 full records each. Core features are the same as Studio: visual assessment, history comparison, report export, client search, and cloud sync.
Should I pick monthly or annual?
Monthly (NT$ 399 / 月, with a NT$ 249 first month) is ideal for trying things out before committing. Annual (NT$ 3990 / 年) costs roughly 10 months of monthly pricing, so paying yearly is about two months free — a good fit once SomaTrace is part of your regular practice. Both can be cancelled before renewal; access continues until the current period ends.
Can I use it across phone, tablet, and desktop?
Yes. SomaTrace is accessed through the website. After signing in, your records sync to the cloud automatically across devices. Notes can be captured offline first when the network is unstable, and sync once you reconnect.
Who owns the case records I create?
The records you create belong to you. We do not sell client data or share it with unrelated third parties. You can export your data at any time, or email support to request deletion.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Each assessment can be turned into a text report you can keep or share — useful for explaining to a client, archiving the session, or handing off to another practitioner.
